By using this website,all website users (“you”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you may not use this website.
All offers are made subject to these terms and conditions.
Availability of stock:
If an item is sold out, we will endeavour to bring it back into stock as quickly as possible. Everything is offered “Subject to Availability.” Please note the lead time for stock is between 7 to 10 days. These days may vary on outside factors.
Pricing: Prices are in Euro:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Returns
If you wish to return an item which you have received, you have up to 28 days to return it to us. You must contact us in the first 14 days to advise that you intend to return it. It must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Please note, we do not refund the original delivery cost or reimburse you for the cost of returning an item to us.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of cancellation.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Delivery will be charged at €25 for any sale under €100. For all larger items we will charge a delivery of €40. Deliveries are restricted to the counties of Meath, Louth & North Dublin.
Sales Tax – VAT is included in all prices shown.
